Aurelia is an AI-powered platform that creates bespoke digital event invitations. Describe your event, and our AI designs a fully personalized invitation site complete with unique visuals, custom copy, RSVP tracking, and a shareable link — all in under two minutes.
When you describe your event — the type, tone, and key details — our AI (powered by Google Gemini) analyzes your input and generates a one-of-a-kind invitation. It selects a color palette, typography pairing, hero image, canvas animations, and personalized copy that match your vision. No two invitations are alike.
Aurelia offers 27 premium templates, each with its own distinct color palette, canvas particle effect, and typography pairing. Styles range from Golden Hour and Celestial to Driftwood, Noir Dramatic, Carnival, and Modern Luxe — covering weddings, galas, milestones, corporate events, and more.
Aurelia uses simple one-time pricing with no subscriptions or hidden fees. The Essential plan is $49 (up to 33 guests, 3 months hosting), the Premium plan is $129 (up to 333 guests, 6 months hosting, 3 AI design options, photo gallery), and the Grand plan is $299 (up to 999 guests, 12 months hosting, advanced RSVP analytics, bulk import). You can extend hosting anytime for $5/month.
Yes. After the AI generates your invitation, you can review every detail before publishing. You can adjust text, swap templates, upload your own photos, add special instructions for the AI, and fine-tune the design. Your invitation is not published until you approve it.
Every Aurelia invitation includes a built-in RSVP system. Guests can confirm attendance directly on your event page — no account needed. You track responses in real time from your dashboard. Grand plan users unlock advanced features: plus-one management, dietary preferences, allergen tracking, analytics charts, and CSV guest list export.
Yes. You can add background music to your invitation by selecting from our curated music library or pasting a direct link to an MP3 file. Guests will hear the soundtrack when they open your invitation, setting the perfect mood for your event.
Hosting duration depends on your plan: Essential includes 3 months, Premium includes 6 months, and Grand includes 12 months. After your plan period, your site remains accessible for an additional 30-day grace window. You can extend hosting at any time for $5/month or $11/month for all events.
Security is a top priority. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) — we never store credit card details. Guest data is used solely for RSVP management and is permanently deleted 30 days after your plan expires. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Absolutely. After submitting their RSVP, guests can add your event to Google Calendar or download a .ics file compatible with Apple Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar apps — ensuring they never miss your celebration.
Aurelia accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Yes. You can extend any individual event for $5/month or all your events together for $11/month. Extensions are managed through Stripe and can be canceled anytime. Your event page stays live as long as the extension is active.
Once published, you receive a unique URL for your event. Share it via WhatsApp, email, SMS, social media, or any messaging app. You can also use Aurelia's built-in email invitation feature to send personalized invites directly to up to 30 recipients from your dashboard.
