By accessing or using Aurelia (aurelia.events), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Aurelia is an AI-powered platform for creating digital event invitations. We provide AI-generated design, content, RSVP management, email notifications, and event hosting. Our service uses Google Gemini for AI generation and Stripe for payment processing.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account and use Aurelia. Minors under the age of 18 may only use the service with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor and is fully responsible for the minor's use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
All plans are one-time purchases. Prices are in USD and include all features listed for the selected tier. We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase if your invitation has not been published. Once published, prorated refunds are available based on remaining hosting time. Subscription extensions ($5/month or $11/month) can be canceled anytime through your Stripe account. Contact support@aurelia.events for refund requests.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, submit, or provide to Aurelia, including text, photographs, event details, and guest lists. By using the service, you grant Aurelia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share your content, and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Aurelia reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, with or without notice.
You must not use the service to create invitations containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. You must not use the service for spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
Aurelia uses Google Gemini AI to generate invitation text, design themes, hero images, and other creative content. All AI-generated content is provided strictly on an "as-is" basis. Aurelia makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. AI systems may produce content that contains factual inaccuracies ("hallucinations"), unintended meanings, culturally insensitive material, or other errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Aurelia expressly disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to offensive output, factual errors, intellectual property concerns, or content that does not meet your expectations.
As an event host, you are responsible for informing your guests that their RSVP data (name, email, dietary preferences) is collected and stored by Aurelia. Guest data is used solely for RSVP management and event-related communications. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties for marketing purposes. Guests may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the event host or by emailing support@aurelia.events. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Event data is retained for the duration of your active plan. After your event or plan expires, event sites are archived and remain accessible in read-only mode for 7 days. After the 7-day archive period, event data is queued for permanent deletion and will be irrevocably removed within 30 days. You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting support@aurelia.events. Upon account deletion, all associated event data, account information, and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. RSVP guest data will be deleted upon request from either the event host or the guest themselves.
Aurelia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted, error-free service. We target 99.9% uptime but scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. Aurelia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice (at least 30 days for material changes). Your event site remains active for the duration of your plan plus a post-event window (30–90 days depending on tier), or until the plan period ends, whichever is longer. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Aurelia integrates with and relies upon third-party service providers to deliver its functionality. These include: Stripe (https://stripe.com/legal) for payment processing, Google Gemini AI (https://ai.google.dev/terms) for AI content generation, and Amazon Web Services (https://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/) for cloud hosting and infrastructure. Your use of Aurelia may result in your data being transmitted to and processed by these third-party providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Aurelia is not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of these providers. Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute endorsement.
The Aurelia platform, including its design, code, AI models, templates, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aurelia. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Your event content remains your property. AI-generated designs created for your invitation may be used freely for your event purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURELIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AURELIA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL AURELIA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT AURELIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AURELIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR FAILURES OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING STRIPE, AWS, OR GOOGLE AI. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your user content or event content; (c) your violation of these Terms of Service; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You must send a written notice of the dispute to support@aurelia.events, describing the nature of the claim and the relief sought. Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of such notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the 30-day period, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. Such events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), acts of war or terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, government actions or regulations, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and acts or omissions of third-party service providers including but not limited to Stripe, Amazon Web Services, and Google AI. The affected party shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the force majeure event and resume performance as soon as practicable.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your event sites will be deactivated and data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
Aurelia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on the service. The updated terms will indicate the new effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Aurelia on the service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelia regarding your use of the service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Aurelia relating to the subject matter herein.
